Edibles B2B Sales - SoCal
This individual will be responsible for working with all new and existing accounts in the area. Self-starters and leaders that take charge will help us expand into new territories and provide the business with new and unique opportunities. We are looking for team players and top contributors willing to take advantage of this once in a lifetime experience!
This position will start at a base rate commensurate with experience and a very generous commissions earning plan. We also offer Paid Time Off and excellent employer-sponsored health insurance benefits.

Job Description & Essential Functions
This position is responsible for:
o Establishing new accounts for new business in the Southern California region including Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Cal City, San Diego, and Santa Barbara.
o Actively visit and source new prospects at client locations in target region.
o Travel to and attend all possible shows, conventions, and networking events in the cannabis industry to provide brand presence and establish industry relationships.
o Create and foster relationships with clients for re-orders.
o Develop strong relationships with clients and always deliver the highest level of professionalism.
o Collect payments from clients via cash or credit card.
o Create and manage client accounts for the Southern California region.
o Estimate, negotiate, and agree to budgets and timescales with managers and clients.
o Selecting, ordering, purchasing materials.

Qualifications Desired
o High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
o 10+ years sales experience is highly recommended – priority will be given to candidates with proven experience.
o 7+ years sales experience related to cannabis or closely related industry.
o 5+ years specifically in the cannabis industry is highly preferred.
o LeafLogix experience helpful but not mandatory.
o Must be able to lift with assistance up to 50 pounds, with/without assistance 20 pounds.
o Schedule that is both flexible and dependable.
o Travel will be required more than 75% of the time.
